Privacy Policy

Who we are
BloomHive (“BloomHive,” “we,” “us”) provides web software for florists at https://bloomhiveai.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit our site or use the BloomHive service.
Questions or requests about privacy: karl@bloomhiveai.com.
Information we collect
Account and identity. When you sign in with Google, we receive information from Google and our authentication provider needed to create and maintain your account—typically your Google user id, name, and email address.
Florist business data you enter. This may include events, arrangements and recipes, flower catalog and supplier pricing, order lists, quotes and proposals (including hard goods, fees, tax, notes, and terms), optional client and venue details, budget notes, proposal branding (business name, contact details, logo), inspiration images, agreement or contract details you choose to send for e-signature when that feature is available, and feedback you send us.
Usage and device data. On production (bloomhiveai.com), we use analytics to understand product usage (for example, feature events tied to your account id). We may also store session and preference data in your browser so you stay signed in and the product remembers settings.
How we use information
We use your information to provide, operate, secure, and improve BloomHive; to authenticate you; to store and display the data you create; to communicate about the service when needed; and to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and third parties
Google. Sign-in is provided through Google OAuth. Google’s use of information is governed by Google’s policies.
Supabase. We use Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and related backend services that host BloomHive data.
PostHog. On bloomhiveai.com we use PostHog for product analytics. We may associate analytics with your user id and email. Session replay, when enabled, is limited to logged-out marketing pages and is not used to record signed-in florist work.
OpenAI (optional). If you use recipe drafting features, relevant event or arrangement context and catalog flower names may be sent to an OpenAI-powered service running on our backend. API keys stay on the server; the browser does not hold them.
SignWell (optional). If BloomHive offers client agreement e-signature and you use it, related contract and signer information (for example names, email addresses, and document contents you choose to send) may be processed by an e-signature provider such as SignWell. That provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
These providers process data on our behalf to run BloomHive. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
Cookies and local storage
BloomHive relies on browser storage to keep your signed-in session and some UI preferences. Analytics tools may set their own cookies or storage when enabled on production. We do not use a separate advertising cookie product on the marketing site beyond what is needed for analytics as described above.
Data retention and your choices
We keep account and florist data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and retain limited records when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
You can sign out of BloomHive at any time. Signing out of BloomHive does not automatically sign you out of Google in your browser.
Children’s privacy
BloomHive is built for business use by florists and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of BloomHive after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
